he first step in making a decision as important as the one to have cosmetic surgery is to be sure all your questions are answered.  That's part of our job.  We'll do all we can to help you.  We know this is a serious emotional, physical, and financial commitment.  We respect the trust that you place in us and promise to work to make sure we earn it.

  
  Your consultation with the
  doctor will be forthright and
  honest.  We'll listen to your
  concerns and discuss with
  you the various treatments
  that might be right for you. 
  We'll show you before-and-
  after photographs of other
  patients who have had the
  same procedures.  We may recommend computer imaging.  We'll tell you what to expect in results, recovery time, and possible complications.  We'll give you additional written information to review at home.  You may wish to talk to other patients and we are happy to provide references.

Knowing that it is normal to be anxious and apprehensive around the time of surgery, our staff is ready to guide you through every step of your pre- and post-surgery experience.  We are sympathetic to your concerns and questions.  Our staff is highly trained and experienced in helping cosmetic surgery patients.  Many have been patients here themselves.
    
Before surgery, our nurses will visit with you to discuss preoperative instructions and phone in your prescriptions.  Our anesthetist will discuss anesthesia with you.  You will see your surgeon before surgery, and then at the time of your follow-up appointments.  After surgery, we'll call to check on your progress.  We encourage you to call anytime you have a question.  It is our goal to make your postoperative experience as comfortable as possible.
