Comments: This 60 year-old school counselor found that the extra loose skin of his upper lids was starting to interfere with his vision. We discussed a combination of upper blepharoplasties, to trim this excess skin, and an endoscopic forehead lift to reelevate his eyebrows. He understood that sagging eyebrows were contributing to the problem. He had his surgery during the summer school break. He found it amusing that one of the teachers asked if he’d been meditating during the summer. His eyesight was improved immediately. He was especially pleased at how well hidden the incisions were and the fact that he did not look “overly alert”.
