Comments: This patient had the excess fat under her chin treated at the same time as liposuction of her body. An inherited fat pad under the chin can make people look overweight, even when they aren’t. Fortunately, the problem is very amenable to correction. Removal of even a small amount of extra fat has a very pleasing effect.
