Procedure: Fillers
Description: Juvéderm™ injection of perioral lines (lines around the mouth) and Botox®Cosmetic injection of forehead and crow’s feet.

Comments: This patient had deep wrinkles around the mouth. These were injected with only one syringe of Juvéderm™ Ultra Plus. She had Botox®Cosmetic injection at the same visit. Photographs show her before and immediately after treatment. There is some redness from the Juvéderm™ injections. She is also shown one week later. The Botox®Cosmetic is working (it takes 2-3 days to start working). Note the improvement in the wrinkles of the forehead and crow’s feet. She has a little residual bruising that may be hidden with makeup.
C.M. (Age 51) - Laborer
Procedure: Fillers
Description: Restylane® injection of nasolabial (smile) creases.

Comments: This Hispanic female wished to have her smile creases filled. A total of 1.8 cc of Restylane was injected. The lips did not require treatment.
C.P. (Age 52) - Artist/Designer
Procedure: Fillers
Description: Restylane® injection of smile creases and upper lip (1 cc).

Comments: This patient is shown immediately after injection of the smile creases and upper lip. The redness is still present. This is usually gone within an hour or two.
P.B. (Age 82) - Retired
Procedure: Fillers
Description: Juvéderm™ injection of nasolabial creases and perioral creases (3 syringes) and full face CO2 laser skin resurfacing.

Comments: This 81 year-old was on anticoagulants for an artificial mitral valve. Therefore, she was not a candidate for surgical treatment. Fat injection was not an option. She elected to have laser resurfacing and injection of Juvéderm™ to improve her wrinkles.
