Comments: This patient did not like her large and sagging earlobes. These were reduced using a triangular wedge resection under local anesthetic. She is seen immediately after re-piercing her earlobes, two months after the surgery. There is still some swelling and blanching of the skin due to the local anesthetic, which contains a small amount of epinephrine.
