This corrected the negative synergy of a large nose and small chin (a small chin can make the nose look bigger on profile). He first underwent trimming of his buccal fat pads to reduce cheek fullness. At a second operation two years later, he underwent a rhinoplasty to provide more length to the nose using cartilage harvested from his ears. A chin implant was used simultaneously to improve his profile. He also underwent upper blepharoplasties between operations performed by another surgeon. He now has a more chiseled profile.
