Comments: Since she was a teenager, she was plagued by discomfort due to her very large breast size. She dropped from a DD to the desired C cup size. Her discomfort vanished and her breasts changed from a negative part of her anatomy to a positive. A few months later, her mother came in and also had a breast reduction (and bragged that hers looked better than her daughter’s).

Comments: This patient wore a D cup bra and sometimes a DD, causing her neck, shoulder and back discomfort. After surgery, she reported “no pain whatsoever” related to the surgery itself. At her appointment one week after surgery, she told me her back pain had already disappeared. She said her breast reduction “has made a world of difference” and the breast size was just right. She returned later for a tummy tuck and liposuction of the flanks and inner thighs.
