Comments: No amount of weight training had yielded results for this patient with “hypoplastic” calves. Calf implants were used in combination with fat injection to correct this disproportion. His calf circumference increased from 13 ½ inches to 15 1/8 inches. The incisions are placed in the natural crease behind the knees and fade with time and are well-concealed.
