A
chin augmentation improves the facial profile by giving it balance.
The surgery involves using a silastic insert which follows the border of
the jawline. A small incision is used under the chin in an
inconspicuous location. It feels and looks completely natural.
Often liposuction is done through the same incision to further define
the jawline. This can add significantly to the facial appearance,
and is a common procedure. There is very little discomfort after
surgery.
